@Grad_Services I would like to express my sincere disappointment on your customer service. As I informed my UK address in my gown order, but then suddenly my address was changed to the old one in abroad and my former orders also were cancelled.

@DrPFawdon @OpenUniversity @Grad_Services @fegbutcher The website says you can hire or buy the hats (if ever in stock). I just understand you can't wear them in the ceremony. You can't actually buy the robes either at the moment (though I wasn't planning on it).

@Grad_Services are so unprofessional. I have been waiting since 2019 for my graduation pictures and still nothing. Now I am being told that because it’s been so long, I have to go through this long process again and will not be given a refund lol. I can only laugh

@Grad_Services I thoroughly recommend anyone to be very careful in dealing with this business. I had used their services (agreed the package) and have not got what was paid for. It’s been months, emails ignored and I have now reported them for fraud with my bank. Buyers beware
