@yanbe211 Hi - subtitles are available on Virgin. You switch them on and off by clicking on the speech bubble button in the bottom right of the video player window (after any adverts have finished). Press PAUSE on your remote control if you want the player controls to appear.

@AskVirginMoney Virgin savings, my isa is about to mature and I want to reinvest about 90% and withdraw the remainder. I also want to add a mobile no to my details but can't see how to do this so authentication doesn't work yet
