@ryanlevander @HelloTidbyt Mine burned itself up by just being plugged in. Luckily I caught it, but it was incredibly hot. I sent an e-mail in early December... no response.

@HelloTidbyt continues to just not answer my emails or tweets here. A product I bought from them (and customized) is broken and they won't support it. One of the sketchier companies I've come across... ...sad business.
