@nationalrailenq @TfL @BBCNews @GMB @BBCBreakfast It's not about the planning of a journey I need , it's the fact that a lift has been out of service for 3 days at a mainline station and is meant to be an accessible station. As someone who uses a wheelchair it's just not acceptable to be out of order for this amount of time

@TfL Why are the lifts still out at West Drayton station and when will these be in service again ? This is now Day 3 of not being able to access the station. Total Disgrace 😠 It's really bad and unacceptable. @BBCNews @GMB @nationalrailenq @BBCBreakfast

@TfL You are an absolute disgrace once again for the 2nd day running the lifts are out of use at West Drayton Station. As wheelchair user that needs these it's not helpfu being out of action A repetitive issue @BBCBreakfast @bbcnews could you do something to sort this
