🚨Israel’s PM Approves Seizure of Additional Areas in Southern Lebanon Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said Tuesday he ordered the military to take control of more positions inside southern Lebanon after approval from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Reuters reports. A Lebanese official told Reuters Israeli troops are carrying out incursions along parts of the border. The IDF said it has deployed ground forces as part of a “forward defensive posture” and will continue evacuating Lebanese villages.
