@AlexCEngler Take: It bothers me that they don't ever define AI in the blueprint + conflate it with the broad definition of "automated systems". Seems like both the harms and the precedents for regulation are different if we're talking about AI as DL automated systems (AS), vs AS generally...

@jschwabish @kncukier Interesting. So am I reading it right that the question is about firms that used AI, but then stopped and used people power instead? And does AI mean ML here, or the looser marketing meaning of any automated technical or data innovation?
