If you're a millennial it's time to pick your midlife crisis: 1. Quitting alcohol 2. Running 10 miles before work 3. Divorce 4. Panic baby at 35 with wife you hate 5. Pickleball 6. ADHD diagnosis 7. Dressing like you did in 2004 8. Blacking out every weekend like you’re 21 9. Weekly hinge dates 10. Ice baths and saunas 11. Board games and craft beer in the suburbs 12. Getting into tattoos 13. Quitting your job to explore your “passions” 14. Plants and the environment 15. Traveling

He likely takes home $1.6M a month which is unrealistic for most people which is why there are comments of thirsty dudes wishing they can be him. You do not need that to have an exactly the same lifestyle. (You can live this same lifestyle on $50K a month). What’s even crazier is that I know 24-28 year olds making more than this selling AI & courses & doing $200k/day on the internet and they don’t need to have a boss or listen to anyone or potentially get injured and lose their income. Food for thought.

@pjmcgeary @BookingKoala We recently restricted cleaners from updating their own availability and just have a VA ask them on Sundays and update for them

This would be an extremely helpful feature to add at scale @BookingKoala Currently when a cleaner updates their schedule to “off” on a day where they’re already assigned to a cleaning, the clean gets unassigned and that’s it (super hard at scale to keep track of immediately). An admin email notification for “booking became unassigned due to schedule update” would be incredibly helpful. 🚨 Can we get this added in? 👀

@gowithquo a feature we'd benefit from a lot for organization/priority would be either 1) a folder structure in our inbox (ex. if I could have all cleaner chats in one folder and clients in another etc.) 2) Or a way to pin up to 3 convos or mark them as priority

@pjmcgeary That’s a long way off, but we could get you on the schedule for monthly cleanings now. That way you get to enjoy a clean home and we’ll be able to save you a bunch of money at move out time since we know the home’s been getting cleaned professionally.

I don’t think people realize that Anthropic is coming for every single software company on the planet because if they don’t release the duplicate of it themselves they will create a way for you to upload a url, have Claude read the feature set, and then spit out ready to use software for you

@stevehunsaker1 Your point doesn’t even matter. The original statement is incredibly reductive. The job market is a lot more diverse than just FAANG and the trades. People from tech layoffs will just find other white collar work.

“All the people from tech layoffs are going to join home services/the trades” One thing everyone is missing: Starting a service business from scratch is absolute hell and the amount of 6 figure earners willing to eat shit for 6-18 months for 25% of their old salary is very low

today’s amazing new AI-designed artifacts will look like slop in a month, once everyone learns to recognize the patterns the model falls back on. like AI-generated writing, the output isn’t objectively “bad,” (in fact it is often technically quite good), but once it becomes predictable, it reveals itself as recognizably “AI.” this is undesirable because it exposes two separate skill issues: 1. the person lacks the design (or writing) taste to realize their work reads as obviously “AI” 2. they also lack the prompting skill to steer the model away from its default patterns this is why there will always be a signaling arbitrage opportunity in keeping a human in the loop for creative and many kinds of knowledge work, no matter how good the tools/models get

🚨🚨🚨I am currently saving $267, 781 EVERY MONTH with custom built AI agents… and TODAY we go public to build them for YOU for $500 each. Sagan has always been about building leverage - global talent & professional development mean small inputs and big outputs, exactly what most business owners need more of. Our membership model (think Costco) also lets us do some pretty special things with pricing. So when we started transforming our business with AI Agents six months ago… it was only a matter of time before we did it for our members. But just like we are doing with global talent , it has to be DIFFERENT. Not another jabroni shaking you down for a large setup fee, seat based pricing SaaS garbage, or a retainer based relationship. So we got to work. Recruited an incredible technologist and startup CEO @zakimahomed , who has since built us a wonderful team of AI developers - and is now our full time head of AI. Started piloting a range of OPINIONATED AI agents for our members… specifically designed for our customers (smart aggressive business owners who have dozens of x bookmarks about AI, half built Claude projects, but know they are far behind). In the last few months - we’ve built some incredible AI Agents (you can read all about it on shipyourweekendproject.com) And the best part? We are building most of these tools for a one time fee of $500, and then token/tool usage. No retainer, fixed fee, seats, whatever. If you aren’t using it… you can stop paying the next day. Most agents’ usage is less than $100 a month to run… and if it’s more than that it’s because it’s saving 10X that in other costs. Much much more to come on this (examples, case studies, live events, etc)… but global talent and AI have always been brother and sister… and now with one membership - you can start actually putting both to work in your business without breaking the bank. YALLAH HABIBI.

I studied every single video, tweet, podcast, and interview @stevehunsaker1 has ever put on the internet. The guy went from a Ford Fusion and a ladder to $1.17MM in 60 days hanging Christmas lights. Then he launched a permanent lighting brand doing $5K+ installs year round. If I were starting a permanent lighting / Christmas light installation business in Boca Raton tomorrow, this is exactly what I'd do. Steal this entire playbook. 🧵

@Nowojowo Right but I’m asking if you can add a feature where I just input a zip code and AI finds 50 pins that are optimal locations for signs

@thedavescience This doesn’t auto populate pins for you. You have to upload your Google Maps custom map with pins and this will make a route.

I got tired of manually figuring out the best order to hit 40+ yard sign locations so I built a free route optimizer Upload a CSV or KML file → it maps all your pins → optimizes the driving route → gives you turn-by-turn nav to each stop Works for deliveries, canvassing, field sales, anything yard-sign-route.vercel.app

Data engineering will start feeling like Microsoft excel soon enough! - data pipelines generated with Claude Code: companies threatened: Informatica, Talend, Fivetran - physical data modeling managed by Databricks liquid clustering Companies threatened: senior data engineers who pride themselves on data modeling, Snowflake - automated data analysis by heavy LLM models Companies threaten: Accenture, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, McKinsey & Company - visualization frontends simplified and more customized Companies threatened: Tableau, Salesforce, Preset - sprint management done with agents Companies threatened: Atlassian, Linear, Notion The transformation we’re seeing is really intense. I’m excited to see where things end up! What else do you see going away or changing a lot?
