@GrahamLawton Hello, It’s Abdullah, I’ve been reading your book and I’ve found a mistake in page 136. It’s saying cellulose is a protein, But it’s a carbohydrate ( polysaccharide) You could double check your scientific sources and let me know if you don’t mind. Yours sincerely
