@PFF_Sam I think the NFL realized it's better for P.R. if they let the games just play out, and then assess penalties after. It probably is better for the overall quality of the product idk.

If THIS is a block the NFL wants to remove from the game for safety, fines are a wildly draconian measure while you're trying to get there. This is a good block and it cost a guy $21k because the game wants to fundamentally change its safety standards. Flag it on the field, don't steal a guy's money after the fact
