note that these are regions, not cities, so the Wellington includes the Hutts and Porirua you'll notice the steepest declines in Wellington and Auckland correlate pretty exactly with the peaks in supply brought on in the respective cities left lower hutt, right auckland

The Auckland Unitary Plan was enacted at the end of 2016, and led to a boom in housing supply Rental housing in Auckland is now about 7% cheaper in real terms than it was prior to this

Morrin & Stonefields Rd roundabout under construction.

Visited the great new “Links to Glen Innes Cycleways Project” sections complete or near complete.

Soon Glen Innes will have the link to Tamaki Drive done. Now to work on better links through to Panmure.

@TheGradyConnell Surely they would let the bus carry on and not have to stop most times at least.

Don’t think I had seen the upper area of Panmure Station’s gates finished off and some newer signage. Getting better. Need a train one outside on the western side.

@GreaterAKL The problem is partly that it’s a 2 decades out of date design.

Eastern Busway sure takes a lot of land up.
