People say "Positioning" like it's one tough concept.
But it's actually very simple and it's a combination of two things:
Visibility and Perception.
Visibility is how much you are being seen.
Perception is who or what you are being seen as.
Visibility + Perception = Positioning

Real estate is 1% of RWAs, the other 99% are things you never noticed.
It's easier for me to sell you a story that RWAs are solely real estate but if I did that, about 50%-80% of you would miss the opportunity to make money from things that don't even look like assets at all. #UCCC (A thread)

I was so obsessed with promoting myself actively.
My whatsapp status was flooded with my designs every single day.
You cannot say you don't know what I do.
I got referrals that sustained me till I started posting on bigger platforms.
But many of y'all don't even do that anymore.
You just post random memes and pictures then complain about not getting Clients.
