@basicwitgirl @starwars It has one of the best (and one of the worst) SW storytelling. Base game is 10/10 pure gold. Classic stories, a lot of choices and roleplay. The further you go the (less money they had) worse it gets. I'm already too deep, I've been playing since 2014. But it is f2p so go try it

OUT OF CURIOSITY… if I’m hoping to continue my Star Wars games journey once I finish Knights of the Old Republic 2, is SWTOR worth checking out for story continuation?? Or should I branch over to Fallen Order/Jedi Survivor??

A Hungarian Steam fan was pretty mad when his brand-new Steam Controller got mistakenly shipped to the UK instead of his home. After he reached out to support, Valve quickly apologized, explained that the mix-up had hit only a small batch of packages, and rushed to fix the delivery. To make up for the hassle, they let him pick any standard Steam game he wanted. He chose Forza Horizon 6 (worth around 70€) and now he’s a lifelong Valve fan.

@wesleytypes @bnd_studio I mean... If you have fun clicking 1 button for the "funny" and call it gameplay - I guess you can enjoy pretty much anything, good for you. Personally after watching this clip I have even worse opinion of the game than before. It is somehow even more annoying

@Grasher134 @LegacyKillaHD There are tons of good walking simulators too, like What remains of Edith Finch, so calling it a walking simulator is not correct either (esp bc from my understanding you can't even WALK it's just a big cutscene)

Mixtape is great. Sharp, funny, and creative. The music selection is phenomenal, the art direction pristine, and the cast is great. Day 1 on Gamepass or $19.99 for 4 hours of fantastic indie charm. Highly recommend!

I lowkey can't blame softare devs for writing webslop desktop apps. QT6 is so annoying to work with. Are there even any other choices if you want to make something that works on MacOS, Windows and Linux?

@kd_astronaut @khaliltooshort He 100% is. Same as every single person. Just learn his biases see if yours match (or oppose) his. Do the same with 4-5 other reviewers and you'll be able to get a somewhat accurate assessment of a new game. Not fully accurate. For that you'll need to play it yourself

The biggest , and most interesting, thing about the discourse with “MixTape” is that it’s at odds with the definition of what makes a game. Does a production that focuses solely on its presentation, and strips away player agency considered a game? Are visual novels games? Do games that rely on QTE games? Are walking sims games? The discussion has been going on for a while, but the added divide of “review scores” and other odd things, makes this discourse almost as interesting as it was with Crimson Desert. Can we all agree just to bash on Games media and not care about the review scores? 🤷‍♂️

Counter Strike has entered its 'tf2 jungle inferno' era while the devs are working on deadlock. Valve has only ever been good with 'keeping' two games alive at a time and supporting the rest minimally. Its likely when Deadlock is ready for release that CS2 will wind down.
