@IWDominate Calling game 1 bad is incredibly nitpicky. The renekton game and the int fest on Camille were objectively bad but he played good. I wouldn’t say he played amazing and I’ll even say he played the worst on T1. But saying he had a “bad” performance is a stretch.

Idk why we can't just call it what it is. Doran didn't have a good series at all today (even game 1 was really sketchy he missed a ton of ultis). Guma was insanely solid the entire series. Faker/Oner clutched up as the always do and Keria is the GOAT Support. T1 won in spite of Doran.

@nv188 @IWDominate dom is arguing that because the gap between him and the next was inconceivable in the past, that alone means he was in his prime then. i'm arguing that he could be even better now, its just that the gap is less because others have improved (totally valid supposition imo)

Faker is an elite player still but no where close to his prime. The gap between him and the next best player in his prime was inconceivable in the context of modern league. He was the biggest outlier in the history of multiplayer competitive esports.

Worlds seeding really needs to be fixed for the next Worlds tournament. GenG is 2nd seed from LCK and have a road of TES / WBG / HLE to make it to quarters DK is 3rd seed from the LCK and have a road of FNC / FLY / LNG Make it make sense? The LCK/LPL have both outperformed EU/NA for 5 years straight now, it is insane to pool the regions as if all the 1 and 2 seeds are the same.

End of the day, G2 had their chance to escape and had THEY won, no one would be saying what you're saying. It's just the perceived idea that NRG doesn't deserve
