I’ve hit a big milestone and anniversary in my career. I started my nurse training 40 years ago today. I’ve honestly loved every minute of my career, cared for some wonderful patients and worked with amazing colleagues. Dedication or madness 🤔 a bit of both I think 🤣

So Ellie is recuperating from a screw being put in to leg as she has a fissure Ellie on left but anyhow I’m going to miss these two plus my husband while I go on a trip of a lifetime to New Zealand 🇳🇿 to see my relatives I’ve never been , flying solo back at end of Jan 🥂

@WykesKerry Love the Smurf part of my growing up especially as my dad was a car mechanic for a local garage who had the Smurfs so frequently gifted them to me sadly my brother decided they belonged to him😂anyway happy memories
