dude i literally just spent like 6 hours straight messing with zama’s fhEVM testnet and my brain is fried in the best way possible i deployed a random ERC20 but with full privacy — your balance is encrypted, the total supply is encrypted, when you transfer it does all the math blindly and it just works.
i sent 69.420 tokens to my alt and on the explorer it literally shows “encrypted” instead of the number. then i checked the receipt and everything added up perfectly.
i felt like a hacker from mr robot or some shit then i went and tried the private voting example — set up a mini dao with 5 wallets, everyone voted yes/no on “should we airdrop ourselves”,
final tally showed 4-1 but you can’t tell who the one no was. i kept refreshing the block explorer like an idiot waiting for someone to leak something and nothing ever did then i got cocky and combined both — made a governance token that’s fully private AND has private voting weight. whale status completely hidden.
this is actually insane. if you’re still building normal transparent defi in 2025 you’re building web2 with extra steps at this point someone please tell me why this isn’t everywhere already #ZamaCreatorProgram @zama

okay story time: yesterday i was roasting my normie friend who works at a bank, he was going on about how “privacy is dead bro just accept it” so i opened my laptop, pulled up Concrete ML, took a public diabetes dataset, encrypted the living shit out of it client-side, ran a random forest model entirely on the encrypted data, got back an encrypted prediction, decrypted it locally and it was 94% accurate the whole thing took me maybe 3-4 hours including coffee breaks and i’m not even an ML guy his face went from smug to “wtf did you just do” in like 30 seconds flat.
