How you practice every day determines how you perform during the most critical moments on game day. You can't press a button on game day & become a warrior that competes & executes at the highest level. Weak minded-players who haven't perfected their skills get exposed quickly.

A team's mental mindset determines the level of its success. It's exciting watching players and teams get mentally stronger by pushing themselves out of their comfort zones and stepping up to challenges. The end result is a higher level of competitiveness, confidence, and belief.

It is important for an athlete to reflect after every practice. Questions such as: 1-What was one way that I persevered and demonstrated belief in myself? 2-What am I most proud about from the way I performed, trained, or practiced today? 3-What is one thing that I learned today?

THE STANDARD IS THE STANDARD!

A player has setbacks every season & is faced with difficult times. We tell them they're in a "learning pit" and it's what they do during these hard times that determine their success. Do they work harder & learn how to climb out of the pit? Or do they complain & blame others?

Players 🛑 knodding your head just so your coach can be quiet, it's ok to say I don't understand. Coaches want everyone to be on the same page! #Letsgetbettertogether
