@GreentreeSky Wow, this is cool. I would never have thought to use vegetable scraps for something else. Maybe your students could create little flyers that include a range of vegetables and what their scraps could be used for. Maybe a poll box for feedback on how they went with the suggestion.

@GreentreeSky I love the use of visual stimuli. I think it allows students to gain their own perspective on a topic through visual perception which is often a favourite within the classroom. As we move into the 21st century, children are surrounded by technology, videos are often more engaging

I would also use resources from the Junior Landcare Learning Centre to see what they recommend.

Perhaps I would inspire fellow teachers to engage students in more climate change conversations, projects, and ultimately, action. This would then spread throughout the community.
