Al Jazeera has published the names of every journalist killed since Oct 7th. 231 Palestinian journalists have been slaughtered in Gaza. A whole generation of reporters wiped out while many of their colleagues in the West simply shrugged.

A senior CNN reporter and top Thomson Reuters Foundation editor are passing off hostage-holders, terror officials, and non-journalists as "journalists." Names can be tricky, so flag any suspected errors and I'll gladly check and correct below. Will @bencnn and @malonebarry ?

They shell the streets where children beg for food. They shell the lines where mothers wait for flour. They shell hunger itself. No food. No water. No exit. And those who try, those who reach for aid, are struck down. People die here, and no one knows. Not because the killing paused, but because the killing of connection succeeded. The internet was our final breath. It was not a luxury; it was the last evidence of our humanity. Now it is gone. And in the dark, they massacre without consequence. I found this faint eSIM signal as a dying man finds a flicker of flame. I stood beneath a broken sky, risking death, not for rescue, but to send this. A single message. A last resistance. If you are reading this, remember: we walked through fire to say it. We were not silent. We were silenced. And when the cables are restored, the truth will bleed through the wires, and the world will know what it chose not to see.

We are being informed that Trump etc are rather quickly taking over the country and installing fascism. If this happens, SIT DOWN and BE PEACEFUL. Fascism surely won't happen if you do that! And you need to expose the people who will stand up as not being part of the crowd. /s

@RoKhanna @fshakir Maybe most of the Party is kind of a fail, and isn't meant to be able to do anything compelling and interesting. Really it should be of service to the people, forget "compelling and interesting" - but we know Parties live off of the people, they don't represent them.

.@fshakir is spot on. It's more important to have something compelling and interesting to say than worrying about how to distribute the message. He is one of the smartest voices in our party that more should listen to!

@LailaAlarian mid-2024 they did a survey in USA and about half of people didn't know whether more Israelis or Palestinians had been killed

It's very clear to me every day that the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, which has broken the psyche of those with a heart and conscience, is just background noise for so many others.
