Andrew Huberman shares a simple, science-backed trick to fall asleep faster when your mind races or you can't stop noticing your body position:
Close your eyes and do slow, deliberate eye movements to shut down proprioception (body awareness) and signal your brain it's time to transition into sleep.
Try this tonight (takes ~1–2 minutes):
- Slowly move eyes left → right (a few times)
- Then counterclockwise circle → clockwise circle
Look up → down
- Gently attempt to look toward the bridge of your nose (faux cross-eyed)
- Finish with a long exhale to slow heart rate
Why it works: Eye movements coordinate with your vestibular system & cerebellum to mimic the natural forgetting of body position that happens at sleep onset (similar to slow rocking or boat motion calming the brain). It gives your racing mind something active to focus on instead of "just relax."
Huberman: "Many people find it helps them fall asleep quickly—it's not kooky; it's physiology."
No apps, no gadgets—just your eyes. Game-changer for insomniacs or restless nights. Try it & report back.

There is virtually nothing about Brian Thomas Jr. situation that hasn't gotten better in 2025
- His offense is using motion 20% more
- He is running more intermediate routes
- Play Action rate is about the same
- Horizontal routes are the same
- Slightly lower slot rate (-5%)
The only negatives are he isn't separating as much and his first read share has dropped

@Mike76584102@RightMsmagnolia Floyd “died” bc of drugs that he took, and I agree that police interaction didn’t help the situation he put himself in. Kirk was “assasinated” bc of words that he said. Very different circumstances. You are right that the 2 don’t compare.
@johnson402@Jeff_Mans@SIRIUSXM my favorite stations are Watercolors & The Spectrum or here’s 1000+ hours of fantasy talk in the Elite Sports Features folder on the app 😃😃 Yay football SZN
We’re 14 minutes into the Elite Sports show on Fantasy Radio and @Jeff_Mans hasn’t said a single thing outside of promotions for the app and other contests. What a terrible listen. #ChangingChannel@SIRIUSXM
I belong to the 0.01% of men.
I’m 43, healthier, stronger, and in better shape than 99% of 20-year-olds.
How? By following a strict protocol designed to help me live past 120.
Here’s what it looks like & how to build yours (based on science) :🧵
@Winmwiotf@RealJamesCall@NormanChad@mauricehawkins@WSOP My thought exactly and the correct answer IMO. He was hoping for low cards after being ahead with the 10/fade an ace for his biggest score yet! Then didn’t realize he had the flush bc MH *probably* cheered the rivered straight. I wasn’t there, this is just how I envision it.
At 34 I was a mess.
•Overweight.
•Job I didn't enjoy.
•STARTED 100 projects & never FINISHED one.
Then, an early mentor shared TWO SIMPLE THINGS FOR ME that changed my productivity & my life.
I hope you copy them & LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE TOO!
Let me give you THE KEYS!
My brother was a giant. Maybe not in stature, but in our family and to all that knew him his kindness, warmth and love meant everything. I have nor will I ever know a soul that had to endure more pain, ridicule or harassment as my brother David. But for those that let him into our hearts, he was the kindest, most gentle ally we could ever want.
I have been given many gifts in life and I’ve never understood just why I was always so fortunate. As I’ve grown older, I’ve come to realize that much of what god has graced me with was some of what he took from my brother. As more time passed, I understood that most of my shortcomings were David’s strengths. We grew up together, we cared for each other and we completed one another. I will miss him now forever.
Looks like thats about a wrap. My bets didn't go so hot today, but I tried to make the best predictions I could.
In the last 3 elections I voted
Clinton 16'
Biden 20'
Trump 24'
I think this is the best outcome for the nation, and I'm looking forward to the next 4 years.
