🚀 I am on the #EconJobMarket! 📜 In my JMP, I study how choosing a product shapes beliefs about product qualities, using a novel experimental design. 🌐 To read about this project or my work on Choice-induced Sticky Learning and more, visit: sites.google.com/view/gergelyha…

Taking a breather from teaching! After presenting how 'Lengthy waiting corrupts, especially when unexpected' at NOeG, it was great catching up with many of you at the ESA, where I talked about belief constructs and info acquisition. Fun fact: ferris wheel sauna!🔥🤯 #esahelsinki

The city where Einstein was born and the record holder of the longest Leberkase ever prepared. Yes, that’s Ulm, where I spent a day with a wonderful group at the Institute of Economics at Ulm University. Thank you for the invitation and for the stimulating discussions! :) #uulm

Happy New Year everyone 🥳 As most of you know already, I have been trying to keep an up-to-date list of recent papers on motivated beliefs. So if you published a paper or preprint on this topic in 2023, make sure it's on this list 😊⬇️ sites.google.com/view/alicesold…

My one-month visit came to an end. I am grateful for all the inspiring talks I attended and discussions I had. I finished off in Brno attending a wonderful conference with a lot of interesting projects. #YEM2023 With all these inputs, it is time for some solitude and writing.

Had a great time at #ASFEE2022Lyon, thanks @GATELAB1 for organizing the conference! I even found a really cool jam session for the first evening.

@GaborNyeki I can imagine, especially Jacob in his early years, coming up with a few additional bars for a song just to have Fmaj9/11/Ab in it. But then it is more of an intellectual exercise than a top down approach, where the chords one uses are driven by what one would like to express.
