8 confirmed political prisoners from Artsakh in Azerbaijan: Today, the Aliyev genocidal regime arrested former Presidents of Artsakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan and the current President of Parliament Davit Ishkhanyan. Previously, the regime has arrested Ruben Vardanyan, the former State Minister, Davit Babayan, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Levon Mnatsakanyan, the former Minister of Defense, and his deputy, Davit Manukyan. All of them are now political prisoners in the hands of one of the world's top dictators, with a rich history of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, corruption & many other mass atrocities. They are being prosecuted simply for protecting their own people & fighting for self-determination. The rest are tales. I’m already in Yerevan – fled from my ancestral & ancient homeland, Artsakh, just like my entire people. Firstly, I came to Yerablur to give thanks & apologize to our fallen heroes. Next, I went to Ejmiatsin for prayer, & then to the refugee center to help my people.

Thousands of people are still missing in Artsakh, as: 1. The Azerbaijani side keeps blocking all the occupied roads to Martakert, Martuni, Shushi, a part of Askeran regions, 2. No access to those killed/wounded at battle fields, 3. Communication network not working almost at all.

Spoke with @SecBlinken last night about my concerns with Azerbaijan's troop buildup at the border & their continued aggression, which I warned about during last week's hearing. We must hold Aliyev accountable & provide immediate support to Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh.

❗️As a result of Azerbaijan's targeting of the high-voltage electricity grid in Martakert region, since September 19, around 14:30, the entire population of Artsakh has been deprived of electricity supply for more than 12 hours now. The deliberate targeting of the vital infrastructure, which leads to more sufferings and deprivations among the civilian population, is yet another terrorist act by Azerbaijan.

Sorry, but I can no longer endure the sufferings of my people, the deprivations of children, women and the elderly. There are no words to describe the horror that the people of Artsakh are going through. Stop this genocide.
