Yes, the Unified Tactical Wing UAV of the PAF is replacing the attack helis in Balochistan and KPK. The latest received Z-10MEs were being test- evaluated, most likely, in Khairpur Tambe Wali Ranges by 'The Spirit of Attack is Everything' Attack Heli Squadron which is mandated to operate in desert and semi-desert areas. They would have been unsatisfied by temperature ranges in which Z-10 MEs would not be performing optimum. This could be matter related to endurance, all up weight, thrust, maneuverability and even effects of heat and temperature on avionics.

Ok. But there were three Z-10 AH which Pakistan Army Aviation was exploiting even during actual Ops against BLA since 2020 under CTD/ISI. Still the new version is having issues in Z-10 MEs.. ?? Secondly there are only three attack helicopter Squadron (all oriented towards India) so the number of pilots are fixed; who is manning Z-10 MEs ? And who is flying these machines in Balochistan & KPK? Some new advocate sqn?

@Grey_Wolf19 AH-1F Cobra were first procured in 1985 (brand new) + last batch was delivered in 2010 under CSF by 🇺🇸 ... Army wants some gunships for tribal & mountainous area hence younger Cobras being overhauled Z-10 ME would be deployed on 🇮🇳 border & change in plan occured due to testing.
