Make no mistake: the DA is the most dangerous political formation in this country. Where they are not governing, they dedicate their energy to sabotaging and undermining the legitimate government of that city @kabelodick

The Minister of @Health_ZA, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, has successfully undergone a second cataract eye surgery at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital’s St John Eye Centre.
This follows his first procedure at the same public facility - a strong vote of confidence in the quality, accessibility, and professionalism of our public health system. We wish him a smooth and full recovery.
The Minister’s surgeries come during Eye Care Awareness Month (21 Sept – 18 Oct), a timely reminder for all of us to prioritise our eye health.
Here are key tips for protecting your vision:
1. 🥕 Eat foods rich in Vitamin A (carrots, spinach, eggs)
2. 😎 Wear sunglasses to shield your eyes from harmful UV rays
3. 💻 Take regular breaks from screens to reduce eye strain
4. 🚭 Avoid smoking as it increases the risk of eye diseases
5. 🏥 Get regular eye check-ups, available free of charge at your local clinic
6. 📵 Limit screen time for children - excessive use of phones and tablets can lead to myopia (short-sightedness)
Your eyes matter. Protect them. Screen them. Care for them.
