A happy new year from all of us on SAU! During December we have had 469 attendances. Only 29% of our patients needed admission as we used a ambulatory services to save 109 bed days! 🚑🚨🎉📊

One of the best conversations I’ve had of late was talking to the staff nurses working in our Surgical Assessment Unit. They were the most positive and enthusiastic team; effusive about their Sister Emma Harker and the support from their consultant colleagues. What’s not to like?

We had a great night at the @gloshospitals staff awards last night! Although we didn’t win we were so proud to have been among the 4 great teams shortlisted for Healthcare team of the year! It was so lovely to celebrate all the amazing work that goes on every day in our trust 🥳
