@GriffithNa55983@puckempire I prefer a slew foot 10 ft from the boards then a tomahawk to the frontal lob but hey to each there own. Not much you can do GURANTEED it’s just an emotion filled fight at the end of a game, macavoy was just looking for something to get anger out.
Flour Power -- Chicago and Ashland.
If you like restaurants with fresh pasta, house made bread, 12 total seats and an old school hip-hop playlist in the background... I've found your spot.
@davjens109 Wait until she finds out that part of the reason they measure kids in school is so they have the measurements to give the police if the kid disappears
Quite possibly Julie’s best thread of all time. This did not happen at any school I ever went to and I’ve never heard of this happening anywhere else. This would 10000000000% be talked about if this was normal back then
Teams need to actively put measures in place to discourage grown adults from wrestling home run balls/foul balls from kids. At a minimum, they need to be ejected from the ballpark and give the ball to the kid immediately. At a maximum, banned from the ballpark for up to a year.
@_KevinBuckley_ We’re asking what’s a better baseball experience - listening on the radio or sitting in the stadium and watching it live?
It’s not close, and yeah, it costs money.
This is getting out of hand.
$31 to watch High-A baseball from the outfield after paying $10 to park in a gravel lot, or I could just stay home and listen to an MLB game on the radio for $0.
It's not even a choice at this point.
@PopsNellie@StanDurstIII@shegone03 Whatever “rule” you keep referring to isn’t the actual rule that applies here. It is a judgement call, not an automatic. And by the angles we’ve seen, it’s an easy call. Catcher ejection, runners return to base.
@GriffithNa55983@StanDurstIII@shegone03 It is not my rule. There is a runner on 3rd. Catchers pick off runners all the time. The catcher threw towards 3rd. The rule is the rule, not my rule.
@PopsNellie@StanDurstIII@shegone03 You don’t know the rule. Under your “rule” she could hit left handed batter that was out of the box. The catcher should have been ejected and runners return to the base they were on.
@BrewersRaptor@DZimmer23 So, in your reality - which is probably super great! I’m glad you’re in there - you think that roof has only leaked for 2 years?
@DZimmer23@GriffithNa55983 He claimed it’s been leaking for much longer and was wrong. It hadn’t leaked for 11 years before last and was because of severe storms, so yall were wrong.
We all knew about the earlier ones
@MatthewMKE98 Still sensitive about the whole Counsell thing, little brother?
I don’t get the inferiority thing, Milwaukee is easily one of my top 5 Chicago suburbs.
Keep in mind, the Cubs cancelled a game against the Brewers over the POSSIBILITY of rain last season (it never rained)
The Brewers were able to play a full series through torrential downpour and Tornado warnings and not skip a beat
Weak ass diss attempt Joe
@MatthewMKE98 It happened 2 years ago too! 😂
And yet nobody at Wrigley had to abandon their “club” seats during a game, due to flooding, inside a “dome”
@SNewbanks31@BobBainter@BaseballQuotes1 He hasn’t even come set yet in this…
I have no dog in this fight. The balk rule is hard to interpret.
This is not a balk.
