El Salvador just changed the game. 🇸🇻 My lawyers tell me a new law just passed and now residency requires only 90 days per YEAR of physical presence. (The residency historically had NOT been popular because it used to be 8+ months per year.) This is HUGE.

Swiss banks ALL ask for UBO information even and especially for foundations and trusts.
The settlor, beneficiaries, trustees etc etc are all submitted to the bank .
Privacy from public vs privacy from the bank opening your account are not the same.
Get a reliable firm like TMF/Vistra or an actual lawyer/specialist if you want to set something like this up.

PPIF (panama foundation) opens Swiss Bank account Not the UBO, or a biz, but the Foundation. Guess what happens if anyone trys to find out who the owner of that PPIF is? They can't. It's not publicly available. Sure Switzerland would reveal the Foundation name, but thats not the point. Finding WHO actually controls that Foundation is the hard part. They would have to go to each law office in Panama, and find the psychical piece of paper aka the Foundation Charter, to get remotely close. That's the beauty of an anon structure like a PPIF.

exactly, you might be able to disguise yourself publicly, but your bank WILL know and WILL cooperate with any investigation.
