It works with all ages. Kids develop functional technique that they starting to apply right the way. It worked even with my daughters U6 team. Monkey in the middle it’s their favorite game :)

Really interesting to see how the EPL became the most luxurious league when it comes to players and coaches. Still doesn’t mean 100% that the best is there, but it certainly trending that way. Still a lot of really good coaches out there that nobody speaks of.
