GM $BOMI homies Just doing a little reflection on some of the things we have done in the space with our friends on Base. I still believe #BASEDLEAGUE was something that the @base team should support. What did we do? ➡️Raise over $1000 for @Crypto_4_Impact charity to provide food, cash donations, school supplies, and Christmas presents for those in need. ➡️Exciting comic-book style content collaborations with over 30 superhero characters designed. Projects donated to charity and their superhero character was included on T-shirts and school supplies. Avengers is such a big franchise. Base having its own "Avengers" with projects making a positive impact is more of what this chain needs. If we are looking to bring more people to Base, we should do it in an exciting way and show that crypto isn't just about pump and dumps and greed. Many people still view it as that. It would be nice to finally get the attention of the base team for work like this. Unfortunately, many projects that joined are no longer active in the space. I don't blame them, but we will be focusing only on projects that truly want to build this with us and will start off with a short list. We will likely bring #BASEDLEAGUE back and build it with people that share the same vision. We have always been open and happy to work with others. We are not your typical PvP project. However, collaborations we do going forward should always be about helping each other out and supporting one another. It can't be one-sided. With partnerships we are currently looking at, we will focus on people that want to build with us. Thanks to all the projects that have shown they have our back 💙 @jessepollak @brian_armstrong

Guys, I’m an idiot. All this time I’ve spent trying not to die, I had toxic turf in my backyard. Artificial turf contains crumb rubber infill made from recycled tires, which leaches chemicals including PFAS, heavy metals, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. These compounds are linked to hormone disruption, carcinogenicity, and systemic inflammation. I don’t know how I missed it. It makes me question my basic competence in life. What gets me is that I try so hard to survey the world of potential idiocy. Then I find out there’s a monument to idiocy sitting right in front of my face that I was blind to. I’m removing the turf, yet I’m still stuck with this seemingly unsolvable problem of how to not be an idiot.

If I could give you one success life hack. And trust me. I literally have a hyperbaric healing chamber in my house. I take life hacks seriously. If I could give you one tho. It'd be this. Grab a bunch of epic fantasy books as thick as your head. Replace all your TV and social media time reading them. Your brain will slowly start to work again. The focus from reading the thick ass wordy books will slowly put it back together. Sanderson. Abercrombie. Gaimman. Pierce Brown. Great places to start. Replacing this as your main time wasting hobby will give you absolutely crazy returns when it comes to actually making money. The focus you gain will make you lethal.
