The screenshot is low res so my eyes have a hard time spotting the blue outline of the magic debuff, which is generally what you may be able to "dispel." Thankfully, the resolution I have played at is much higher and I have my frames resized to be larger, so it's easier for me to see them.
If you know what color to look for, you can tell which type of debuff it is.
Blue = Magic.
Green = Poison.
Brown = Disease...and so on.

@sweggles1 So the boss telegraphs a long cast that is followed by a dispel with the same icons so you can see both the telegraph and when to dispel and the problem is...ppl cant remember one icon? Do healers need a telegram for dispels?

I am a huge Trump supporter. I am not like the left. I don't boycott someone's product because they "hate" the guy I voted for or have different political beliefs (which is pretty stupid). I tried it before even knowing it was his product.
