@TMobile - I took your promotion of free iPhone if I send my old phone back. It’s been a year and I have not gotten the promotion. I have called every month - 10 times - and yet no resolution- please help!

@TMobileHelp So the contract is under Edison Javier the phone number is +1 (347) 513-9571. We sent 2 phones back. iPhone 15 and 11. They acknowledged the receipt then denied it. Last week when we called the 10th time they said they will call me with a resolution by Tuesday - no word yet.
