Awesome Arista is always near top of list for adds. $ANET earnings a bit of an overreaction so I did add 200 shares. Being the highest cost shares though, no promise I'll keep because: (1) Have a 100 share add at $116.16 from March 30th. Actually bought several hundred that day, but only kept 100. This was the *exact* YTD low as you can see on chart and actually, a low going back a lot further than Jan 1st. (2) The way I look at current $ANET valuation is it's like the less expensive item for sale in a really, really expensive store for networking. It's not value, nothing is in this space. (3) Really for an averaging up target, low $120s for me to do 500+ share buys, as I did on March 30th. Current price is far from a deal but I also have relative confidence in Arista Networks growing into valuation over time, even if these +200 were early. Jayshree Ullal is by far one of the most underrated, least talked about CEOs and I don't know why that is. I did these buys today on Stairmaster, so not as precise as I'd like. My 1,000 share $AMZN buy while on Stairmaster at $198.78 on Feb 5th was way more accurate, within pennies of the afterhours low from earnings selloff, and I always aspire for that type of accuracy. You can find that post if you look. This $ANET buy today was really quite sloppy and I'm disappointed in myself. About 80% of my $ANET is at $12. I also have shares elsewhere at that price.
