@tolles @rochowanski Paper could be wrong as academic papers can be. Clearly, Taiwan and South Korea esp. made the transition to both higher-skill, higher-value phases in the industrial circuit. And their hard material output per hour in non-monetary terms has increased tremendously.

@tolles @rochowanski The government in Singapore actually owns the land and collects the rent from it for useful purposes. They adopted a Georgist model bc Yew understand Singapore did not have an abundance of land so it needed to be used efficiently. This goes against your argument to the OP
