This was a clean shoot by ICE. Why? Three things matter when cops use force: 1. Imminence 2. Proportionality 3. Reasonableness Cops gave her clear, lawful commands. They have ZERO duty to retreat during a legit enforcement operation. She committed a federal crime: 18 USC 111 – assaulting/impeding a law enforcement officer (and it gets way worse when you use a deadly weapon). A car coming at you IS a deadly weapon. Full stop. Shooting to stop that threat is 100% proportionate. Reasonable? Hell yes. She ignored commands and floored it toward the officer. What did she expect? Cut and dry. Clean shoot. Stop being a soft, emotional retard about it. Facts don’t care about feelings. Compliance saves lives. Most people complaining have never been in a life or death situation, and jump when someone calls their name at Starbucks when their latte is ready. Please shut up.

This wasn’t self-defense. It was wrong. You don’t have to defend every ICE action to be conservative. Real conservatism stands for law enforcement not the abuse of it. Stop turning every incident into a political reflex. This isn’t about ideology. This is about a man who killed a woman when lethal force was not justified.

Never attempt to speed away when LE is anywhere near the front of your vehicle. LE will interpret that as a life threatening situation
