My Grubhub order NEVER arrived. So Grubhub can fail to deliver your food and keep your money? @Grubhub Mind you, while all of this was happening, I ordered through @UberEats and got my food before I even received a resolution from Grubhub (spoiler alert: I never did)

Hey @Grubhub , I was delivered the entirely wrong order. Before I could verify it, the driver left. This receipt says Uber Eats and your app said it was delivered. Not sure how that’s possible but I expect a full refund.

@Grubhub I'm a new customer I usually cook or use ubereats but I tried grubhub for the first time and I had an issue with my order first it took a long time & I received cold food and then a couple wrong items and I tried to contact support via the app for help

@Grubhub Im pissed like hell! your delivery driver sux we've specific notes that say we are a disabled family in wheelchair. We ask to have the food handed to us in the notes not my neighbors house up 7 stairs. Well my neighbor wasn't home to bring us the food. Its sitting there

@Grubhub @Grubhub_Care this is Alexis! He works for GrubHub, I want him terminated immediately! He was delivering my food from Taco Bell, and went off on me when I asked him to hand me my food instead of putting it in the garage. He’s very disrespectful unprofessional!

UPDATE: @Grubhub just sent another copy-paste email refusing to take responsibility for my stolen $1,318.84 wages, blaming the victim! I am headed to the NYPD to file the cybercrime report now. @NYCConsumer Case #2026-45897-INT is tracking this corporate negligence! #WageTheft
