@Grubhub I use GH almost twice every day. I won't be using your services again, but refusing to refund me for a service I paid for but didn't receive will be fraudulent, and I'll take action.

@Grubhub I ordered food from Jamaica Cabana Restaurant in Dallas, which I never received. Your courier seems to have left it somewhere on the street, and I couldn't find it. Total cost was only $33.35. Your rep all but accused me of fraud when I requested a refund.

Y'all let me know if I'm alone in this, but I've never used GrubHub for delivery before. No particular reason either. I've used Doordash, Uber Eats, and Postmates plenty of times over the years but never once GrubHub.

@Grubhub Why when I create a cart online, then go to the app, it's not there. I come back to my Laptop for the Website and it's gone from there too?! Your App/Website needs a serious overhaul.. Stop focusing so much on profits and get your technology up to speed!

@Grubhub app is too hard to navigate when help is needed! I watched my delivery get dropped off at the wrong address the driver didn't follow directions. I placed a reorder payment screen it says it can't combine payments but I have a credit for the amount needed! Fix your app!
