It’s Monday and @Grubhub @GrubhubCare still hasn’t fixed my account. I was downgraded to Partner because of a GLITCH (100% to 0% stats without working). I live in Queens, you have me in NJ. FIX THIS NOW. Case #32386121. I can't work!

Grubhub is the worst. They won’t refund me because it’s been over 48 hours but yet I put the request in right after I didn’t receive my food. My app says “refund not posted.” How am I supposed to know that “refund not posted” doesn’t mean it’s ever coming. 😑
