Who cares man they have to draw a line for a pitch being called a strike somewhere
Even if they make a rule that 20% of the ball has to be in the zone or something, then people will just be upset when 20.0001% of the ball is in the zone and it’s called a strike

Imagine how fucking stupid it would be to see a ball hit the strike zone, but since it’s not 25% or whatever the fuck, it’s called a ball.

@HutchNorris @Os_poems I did, and this enters a third outcome, the umpire's call.
When a clear error is made, the system will correct it, but when its in the fuzzy area, defer to the original call.
And yes 25.0001% and 24.9999% cases, but right now we might as well just use ABS for every pitch.

As long as baseball has been around a pitch that touches the zone even 0.0001% has been considered a strike but all of a sudden that’s apparently an issue
