This is being taught to primary school students in the UK. It is subtle indoctrination that gives children the message that to be ‘cis’ and comfortable in their own body is to be boring or uncool. This is abusive.

Let’s imagine the scenario. Your 14-year-old daughter needs a lift from Dublin to Cork and there’s no public transport for whatever reason. You log onto a car-sharing app. A woman is driving down at the perfect time/price etc. and she shows up to your door. But she’s a he. 1/2
