Can you try logging out of your Groceries account, then logging into Nectar separately via out website( log out if you're already logged in) then log back into Groceries, and that should help. @nectar is there an issue with spending nectar points today? Trying to spend them now and there’s a “technical fault” on the Sainsbury’s website.

@sainsburys just received delivery and found peppers in the state in the picture. Can I get a refund for these please? Made a mess all over the counter because of the juice too. Don’t the pickers look at what they’re choosing?
