To my Muslim friends, I hear some of you want to live in Japan. Let me be honest with you. More than half of our ramen shops use pork broth. Even convenience-store rice balls often contain pork extract. Summer brings shrine festivals, autumn brings rituals, New Year means a visit to a shrine. When someone dies, we cremate them. And refusing a drink? That’s not really part of our culture — here, people pour one for you. This isn’t hostility. It’s just 1,500 years of daily life. And we have no plans to change it. Before you come to a place that doesn’t fit you, please — think it through carefully. For your sake, and ours.

Standing up in Parliament today, listening to these pathetic MPs jeer and insult me when I voice serious concerns that millions of British women are feeling across the country, I felt so ashamed to sit in that building with those people. This is not complicated. Countless foreign men from cultures and religions which treat women like shit are now roaming our streets - whether they arrived legally or illegally, the point remains. Wilfully imported by Conservative, Labour and Reform politicians. All of them have blood on their hands. Afghans, Somalians, Albanians, Sudanese, Pakistanis, Eritreans. The importation list goes on and on… They drink, they loiter, they spit, they intimidate, they harass. They make life hell for so many women and girls across Britain. It is NOT normal. Do not accept it as normal. These are our towns, and I want them back. I feel very grateful that there is now a political party with the balls to not only outline the problem, but the determination to actually do something about it. That party is Restore Britain. We are going to take our country back. I have never felt more determined.

In Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Lancelot keeps charging the castle in the same repeated shot until he suddenly pops up right in front of the guards. One of Python’s funniest gags.

I accepted not receiving my State Pension until I’m 67yrs instead of 60yrs because we were told the country couldn’t afford it, but it grates on me now when they have been able to find the money for unknown people that have rocked up on our shores who have never contributed a single penny. This is wrong & totally unfair.

@MissCatnach Is this a British thing throwing objects or plastics in a classroom? At least once a day I have this conversation with a student.

One said that she used to take time off school, especially during exam periods, because she couldn't concentrate in classes. She said it was easier to just do work at home than sit in an environment where boys threw plastic across the room and threw things at her face. 2/?

On day 1 of my high school history class, our professor got up and said You are 15 or 16 years old. 200 years ago people your age were married, planted crops, had children, and built a cabin by winter. You can do your homework. The bar set for you historically is embarrassingly low. You are not dealing with regional famine or plague. You do not have to save your family from marauders or go into battle to destroy your enemies. You have to sit down and learn from someone who cares about you in a safe, air-conditioned room. You have no excuses.

Sometimes, staff voice needs to overrule student voice. If the 14y.o. with a reading age of 7 says they don't want to do reading intervention, we shouldn't be agreeing to just give model answers and sentence starters instead, we should be saying you're having reading lessons.

I absolutely detest how our country has been allowed to overflow with rubbish. The countryside filled with plastic. It is everywhere. Every roadside, caked with filth. We shouldn’t accept it as normal. It is not normal. It is vile. Clearly there needs to be a central clean up effort, but actually? The key message is this. PUT YOUR RUBBISH IN A BIN. People need to take responsibility. It’s disgusting.
