You got a haircut which would have taken you $50k and 3 years of training to get the same quality by yourself. The barber gets a painting which would have taken him $100k of training and a decade to get the same quality by himself. And so forth... Thus the whole nation gets more productive and richer because the government creates the secure environment and upholds the rules that allows specialisation of labor to happen. The problem lies in corruption of the government and the ponzi games of printing money, which is theft. These are individuals out for a money and power grab. The problem is not government. A good government lifts people out of suffering and into prosperity. Look at Singapore, or what's happening in El Salvador right now. Corruption is the enemy.

MY PLAN: As I said last week, the ONLY way I would vote for Trump is if he chooses DeSantis as his VP. I know for a fact Trump has been trying to negotiate with DeSantis to drop out for days. I’m speaking with 3 boomers that want to allocate a certain % of net worth to the #Bitcoin ETF. They have no interest in self custody, or beta crypto stocks. Caveat is they live in the UK and can’t access US ETFs. The Canadian market doesn’t interest them. Any workarounds? Interesting to think how much capital outside the US could be waiting to be deployed.

@IamRamenPanda HODLing as an "investor" has many flaws at least for those with time / attention to actually be "in" the market. HODLing promising assets now in anticipation of them running later as they bleed as opposed to placing same funds in assets showing strength now makes no sense.

@TheBTCTherapist But if you are offered BTC through an ETF you discover nothing... but rather are for the most part only looking at the potential returns. ETF allow the masses to benefit from BTC appreciation without the underlying education that was part of the network effect of the ecosystem.

After you discover #Bitcoin you develop an insatiable desire for knowledge. Knowledge about how money works. Knowledge about investing. You learn about inflation, the economy, philosophy, real estate, energy, politics, math, physics and psychology. You learn what money is supposed to be.
