@NibavElevators The emergency button also didn't work, and the person inside had to be rescued using an emergency key from outside. Despite the Nibav Team's efforts, this issue persists, suggesting a serious problem with the lift door.

@NibavElevators @HomeNibav8308 Lift was breakdown on 16 Feb. it was made operational next day. Now again breakdown within 10days. Seems some serious issue. Complaint no 7799 registered today. There are some serious issues Pl look into it. Replace lift or faulty part if required

@NibavElevators It’s a nightmare travelling through the lift. It can get stuck up any time. See the call log. Your engineer are not able to find the fault. What is happening. Pl solve the problem once for all. Seems you have delivered a defective lift. Pl replace if required
