GOF & @gunowners requested @JusticeOIG investigate @ATFHQ & @TheJusticeDept for doxing a GOA member, publicizing sensitive tax returns, private firearm collection details, along with the member's name & location. We asked OIG to determine whether this violates 26 U.S.C. § 6103.

This is welcome news from DOJ, and helps fulfill President Trump's campaign promise to get rid of Biden's universal background checks. GOA’s preliminary injunction now returns to the district court, where we hope Biden’s evil rule will be vacated once and for all. 👏👏👏

Did you know that a D.C. court struck down the ban on "high capacity" magazines? The court held that magazines are "arms" protected by the Second Amendment.

🚨UPDATE🚨 The First Circuit just set the Second Amendment back decades in Beckwith v. Frey. In a shocking move, they claimed that "purchasing or acquiring" a firearm isn't actually covered by the "plain text" of the 2nd Amendment. This BEGS for Supreme Court review.

GOF & @GunOwners filed opposition to NY, NJ, & DE’s attempt to intervene & defend the federal handgun mailing ban after @TheJusticeDept declined. These states lack standing and can’t commandeer the feds to enforce unconstitutional gun control schemes.
