🚨$0 NFA UPDATE🚨 ATF just DENIED a GOA member's Form 1 because he wanted a suppressor to "exercise my God-given right." @ATFHQ said this was an "insufficient answer." In other words, ATF openly, brazenly, arbitrarily, & tyrannically denied the exercise of a God-given right.
DOJ is at it again—trying to dodge one of GOA’s lawsuits. It claims there’s no “credible threat” of enforcing the handgun mailing ban. Problem: DOJ has already prosecuted at least one GOA member under this law. INSANE! Gun owners deserve better!
🚨BREAKING🚨 In response to GOA's lawsuit, @TheJusticeDept just conceded that the United States Post Office ban on mailing handguns is unconstitutional. The memo recommends @USPS change its regulations & that prosecutors stop enforcing the law.
