Real fundraising, legal fundraising requires receipts, contracts, grant documentation, and mandatory reporting. That’s how serious money is handled. Ukraine enforces strict financial laws. Every single month, funds are documented, approved, and reported to the government. We do not collect money into private accounts. Every purchase is documented. Every transaction is submitted to the bank. Every report is filed with the Ukrainian government by the 15th of the following month. That’s accountability.
