I think you might be confused. GMT and UTC are always pegged to the same value. They're standards - so their values don't change. It's the individual countries that change their timezones in reference to GMT/UTC. Eg, we in the UK just moved to +1GMT last Sunday. GMT is still GMT and doesn't change its "value"

I had a huge TIL moment London is 5.5 hours behind India during the winter (GMT) and 4.5 hours behind during the summer (BST) due to DST I have been doing 5.5 hours for years lol

@thewritingdev @rudrank UTC does not observe Daylight Saving Time in summers (unlike GMT). +05:30Z always == IST.

The trick is to pretend you aren't convinced, so the kids write an extension instead of pestering me to put this in core. Works like intended :)

Every Level 5 guy has a ton of Level 4 opportunities flowing to them/they see they won't be bothered to take advantage of - lots of alpha is wasted this way. Lv2 for Lv1, and vice versa. The most effortless & fastest way to grow reliably for a Lv 4 guy (or a very ambitious Lv 2-3) is to link up with that Lv 5 and let his ideas/deals/alpha that he won't use flow to you. And take full advantage of them. The trouble is, sometimes you literally can not see what the Lv5 guy sees in the opportunity - simply because you're not at that level. But everything is a skill issue after all.

Turns out meditation actually increases your "frame per second" of observing reality, allowing you to feel less time and more presence, which means you also take in & process more data. This is also why life feels "more" and "more real" for meditators (and the opposite, the more you're dissociated, I think). I remember this weird Russian entrepreneur+biohacker guy who wore hearing aids (to enhance his hearing - he actually had no hearing problems) so he'd be able to negotiate better - bc he'd catch people's smallest tonality changes and whatnot and knew where to push/pull, etc. Imagine that kind of a leveling up, but for your full 5 senses - and more, we shall not talk about here. Makes you way more here, way more real, way more able, and so on. Truly the limitless pill, but better. I wonder where it starts to asymptote if at all.

@iannuttall it gives better windowing controls and features to open terminal as an editor tab. cmd p > create new terminal in editor area ~ claude [--continue,resume,etc] open multiple terminals. choose /ide to connect main one. i prefer /config (diff tool: terminal) though.

How to hide the claude code sidebar in cursor without exiting it! now you can use the claude code extension in cursor and toggle it off when you need some space to code without an AI agent 😱
