The House of Prime Rib is one of the toughest restaurant reservations in San Francisco. After 15 years of meaning to go here, I finally made it.

Rolled through to the new Good Neighbor restaurant last night in the Ice Blocks. Was very impressed!

This post is borderline cringe but i know so many other men think about this constantly so I don't mind sharing it: for the last 4 years i've measured my bodyfat, weight, muscle mass + with pics to see the differences is all 'em. Weights between 195-210, bodyfat %s between 11 and 15%. Then I saved all the pics for what those numbers looked like. Just uploaded a ton of them on my blog so people can see the differences.
