He’s a regular customer and it’s pretty gutting when you secure limited items (especially with early access) and then lose out through no fault of your own. A refund doesn’t really fix that.

@Gymshark really disappointing experience for my son now 3 separate orders lost in transit, all limited releases. Each time the item sells out and the only offer is a refund. Issues happen, but 3 times all on limited drops isn’t good enough. Can someone please look at this?
