NEWS FROM INDUSTRY: KEYNOTE-C93 Update in #EndometrialCancer
Source: Merck press release
The Phase 3 KEYNOTE-C93 trial showed pembrolizumab monotherapy significantly improved progression-free survival compared with platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with previously untreated advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer with mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) tumors. The study demonstrated meaningful response rates, complete responses, and durable responses, with a safety profile consistent with prior pembrolizumab studies. Results suggest a potential chemotherapy-free frontline treatment option for this patient population.
