$ONDS NEW: Performance Drone Works has been awarded a $15.26M contract for their C100X platform by the U.S. Army🔥 Remember, Ondas invested $35M in PDW in November 2025, representing ~3% ownership via Series B-3 Preferred Stock, implying a ~$1.17B valuation at the time. Ondas also received conversion rights, senior liquidation preferences over common shareholders, and a board observer seat along with their preferred stock. The Army contract covers 40 drone bundles, 80 EO/IR (day/night) sensors, and 17 ground control stations for the Small UAS Product Office, to be delivered by March 2027. Ondas doesn't collect PDW's revenue, but as PDW wins contracts and grows over time, that 3% stake becomes more valuable. A more valuable PDW means a stronger Ondas balance sheet 💪 Congrats to the @PDW_ai team!

Friday’s FY27 defense budget request from Donald Trump shows a step function change in defense spending. $1.5T total spend with an “unprecedented” focus on unmanned, CUAS, and long-range strike, including ~$63B for autonomous systems which is a 6-fold increase vs. FY26 (see Needham). The unmanned Supercycle has clearly launched. 👊🏽

$ONDS SPECTRUM MOAT 🚨 THE FCC JUST ASKED AMERICA'S ENTIRE DRONE INDUSTRY WHICH SPECTRUM BAND SHOULD POWER NATIONAL DRONE INFRASTRUCTURE -- THE ONLY PUBLICLY KNOWN CERTIFIED RADIO FOR THE LEADING CANDIDATE BELONGS TO ONDAS 🤯 Today, the FCC published official notice DA 26-314, implementing Trump's executive orders on drone dominance. Inside it, the FCC specifically names AURA Networks' petition to open the 450 MHz band for long-range UAS command and control links as one of the primary spectrum solutions under consideration for American drone operations nationally. Command and control is the backbone of every drone operation. It is the persistent licensed signal that tells a drone where to go, keeps the operator connected, and makes beyond-visual-line-of-sight flight (BVLOS) possible at scale. Without a reliable command and control layer, there is no national drone infrastructure. The FCC is now asking whether 450 MHz becomes that layer. Here is what the document does not tell you: In 2021, Ondas Networks wrote a formal letter to the FCC requesting certification for a radio called the Mercury, built specifically to operate on AURA's licensed 450 MHz frequencies. AURA holds the exclusive licensed position in the 450 MHz band for UAS operations. Their waiver specifically authorizes ground transmitters to serve unmanned aircraft on those frequencies. As of that 2021 filing, Ondas was their certified hardware supplier with a purchase order already in place 👀 The FCC has now identified that same spectrum band as potentially critical to the command and control infrastructure of American drone operations nationally. One company holds the exclusive license for that band. One company had already built and certified the radio to operate on it four years ago. That's Ondas. It is worth noting that FCC rulemakings take time and can go in different directions. The current scope of the Ondas-AURA hardware relationship is not fully public beyond that 2021 filing, but the architecture is documented, the spectrum is named in a federal notice released today, and the hardware was certified years before the mandate existed. First of all, I am an $IREN stock holder and I only wish all investors including myself the best. I do have a couple lingering gquestions in my mind. One is whether IREN has the necessary tech leadership to implement liquid cooling at scale and deliver Ai compute on time. IREN has never failed to deliver bitcoin mining level compute on time. But the pivot involves a different level of infrastructure. IREN CEO Dan Roberts stated on a recent spaces gathering I attended that they abandoned their liquid cooling testing site, arguing it wasn't needed anymore since landing the Microsoft deal. But again this lingering question is an execution question as imo IREN leadership, while obviously very smart, comes from more of a finance background, not the same level of tech expertise as tech innovators like Arkady and Roman at $NBIS Nebius who already built their own fully-owned in-house-designed Ai compute data center in Finland. My second question is whether IREN's lack of priority access to Vera Rubins in the Nvidia Queue will be detrimental to their aspirations to land major HS deals and could hinder their growth. This second question is about whether the Hyperscalers interest could possibly cool on signing major deals for dated GPUs, always preferring to be more forward looking and either build their own or partner with partners who can get access to latest GPUs before committing billions.

Serious question for $NBIS bulls after the Meta deal: Why does the market value $NBIS like an AI infrastructure winner but $IREN still like a Bitcoin miner? $NBIS → hyperscaler contracts → pricing power sits with Big Tech $IREN → controls power + land + data center infrastructure → can allocate compute between AI and BTC depending on economics AI’s biggest constraint going forward likely isn’t GPUs but power density and electricity availability imo⚡️ Which makes me wonder if the market is misidentifying where the real leverage sits in the AI stack? The $170M-$180M guidance for 2026 does NOT include revenues from Rotron Aero, BIRD Aerosystems, Mistral, or any other acquisitions that take place this year. Some analysts see the Mistral acquisition alone doubling the $170M-$180M revenue number. Will Ondas shock the street with a massive guidance raise? Time will tell… It’s getting tight.
