@skier_ib Vaccines is still the right way. Just that the target has gone up. High risk group must be fully immunized to reduce risk of disease at individual level. Relying on herd immunity for unvaccinated, after majority are vaccinated will not work with Delta for current vaccines.

@over2shailaja Thanks for your interest. 1) Delta transmits too fast to be controlled by routine measures. 2) Even 60% of people having natural or vaccine induced antibodies to older variants, is not enough for herd immunity. 3) High-risk groups must thus be nearly fully vaccinated.
