@HB_HereToHelp Overcharged by £4.12 at Felixstowe Shop. Ipswich Shop couldn't provide refund for being overcharged but just £5.00 Points as 'gesture of good will' despite travel costs and at least 30 minutes waiting time. We spend a lot in your shops but this is farcical.

@dfriermurillo Hey there. We no longer offer physical loyalty cards as of April 2023. You can still access your rewards through the H&B app or online account, or simply ask a colleague instore to find your account using your email or postcode. If you need more info, please DM us. Team H&B 💚️

@HB_HereToHelp so there I am enjoying my latte outside your store when all hell breaks loose. Shoplifter runs out with a huge tub of something. manager runs out, mall security runs out. Obviously the guy was drugged up & homeless. All ended well. Nice bit of drama for a Friday!
